This video features a Cultural Hotspot SPARK Project from the 2019 Hotspot, which shone a spotlight on York and north Etobicoke. Coffee Culture was a program in partnership with the Mount Dennis BIA, and local businesses supercoffee and the Royal Bakery, which highlighted local performers through a series of events.
